The first room we had was probably the best, very large with a good view of the Clyde. As the weather was bad unfortunately we had a few leaks in the ceiling.
We moved rooms to top floor and then they warned us that they had a fault with electrics so the ceiling lights would not work.
Breakfast was excellent one of the best I have ever had.
If they get on top of the maintenance this could be a very nice hotel with character. Serves decent food, hearty portions in a pleasant location. The back bar provides typical village pub feel.September 15, 2016
